The Acting Governor of Oyo State, Barrister Bayo Lawal whose stint in acting capacity ended gloriously on 3rd September, 2022 alongside other political functionaries, have organised a grand welcome reception to receive His Excellency, Governor ‘Seyi Makinde who has been on vacation abroad.
The state secretariat is already agog to receive the Governor.
In the meantime, Barrister Bayo Lawal who held sway as the acting governor, has arrived the secretariat to receive his principal.
