Isese Worshippers Storm Ayefele’s Fresh FM in Ibadan, Protests Defamatory Statement from Guest

Traditional (Isese) worshippers have stormed the Fresh FM radio station in Challenge part of Ibadan, Oyo State capital to protest a recent claim they found as “derogatory” by a guest of the radio show.

The traditional worshippers led by popular Isese activist, AbdulAzeez Adegbola well known as Taa ni Olorun gathered at the station owned by Gospel Music Maestro, and media executive, Yinka Ayefele to express their grievances over a statement by a guest on his show who ‘confessed’ that traditional worshippers sacrifices people for rituals.

The guest in a now trending video had mentioned that Isese worshippers sacrificed 79 people to worship a particular deity.

They noted that Ayefele had reduced his media organization to be a tool that denigrates Yoruba institutions and religious practices.

They further call on the legendary musician to provide the guest behind such statement noting that he is a dangerous individual to live with in a sane society.

The protesters were captured carrying placards with statements that translates that the isese practice is a peaceful one.
