Music Legend, Ebenezer Obey, Tope Alabi, Atorise, Others Set to Storm Ibadan for Ajanaku’s Mother Burial

Juju Music Legend, Evangelist Ebenezer Obey, Tope Alabi, Atorise and other gospel artistes are set to storm Ibadan for the burial ceremony of the mother of popular businessman and politician, Rotimi Ajanaku.

Speaking with newsmen in Ibadan during the week, Chief Ajanaku said, “Our desire is to glorify God in our celebration of a life well spent by our loving mother. In this regard, our worship will be enriched by the participation of Evangelist Ebenezer Obey, Evangelist Tope Alabi, Lanre Teriba (Atorise), Segun Ajidara, Evangelist Esther Igbekele, Bunmi Akinnanu (Omijeojumi), Musiliu Haruna-Ishola and Aristos Band.”

According to Ajanaku, the programme for the  burial ceremony will kick off on Thursday 16 December, 2021 with ‘Praise Night’ at Jogor Events Centre, Ibadan, between 4.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m., featuring Evangelist Tope Alabi and other gospel artists.

The funeral service, he said, would take place at the Christ Apostolic Church, Olugbode, Odo Ona, Ibadan, at 11.00 a.m. on Friday, 17 December, 2021, with a reception afterwards at the Obafemi Awolowo Stadium (formerly Liberty Stadium), Ibadan, where Evangelist Ebenezer Obey, Musiliu Haruna-Ishola and Aristos Band will entertain guests.
