The Osun State High Court in Osogbo was on Tuesday, unable to continue the hearing in the murder case of Timothy Adegoke.
The trial has been further adjourned following the absence of the first defendant, who is one of the suspects, Dr Rahmon Adedoyin,
Recall the 37-year-old Adegoke, a postgraduate student of Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU Ile-Ife, was murdered at Dr Abdul Rahman Adedoyin’s Hilton Hotel last year.
The court was told that Adedoyin was indisposed.
However, six of the hotel staff who are also standing trial alongside the owner, were present in court.
The six defendants are Magdalena Chiefuna, Adeniyi Aderogba, Oluwole Lawrence, Oyetunde Kazeem, Adebayo Kunle and Adedeji Adesola.
