No fewer than 10 people were reported dead on Sunday afternoon along Ogbomoso NTA junction after a heavy truck carrying a container fell on 18 seater bus coming from Ilorin.
According to reports, the ghastly accident claimed many lives leaving many with serious injuries.
Some residents and passersby report that the incident happened along the overhead bridge construction site, which links Northern Nigeria to Southern Nigeria at Oke-baby Ogbomoso.
Many passersby and sympathisers have pleaded with the Federal Government to come to their aid as the accident scene has recorded several accidents and claimed numerous lives.
In the meantime, the FRSC had since evacuated the deceased and damaged vehicle from the scene.
