The Newly appointed Military Service Chiefs have arrived Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
This visit which is Led by the Chief of Defense Staff, Gen. Leo Irhabor, arrived at the 2 Division of the Nigerian Army where Gen. Irhabor addressed officers and men of the division.
The Service chiefs expected to meet the Governor; Seyi Makinde and supervise change of leadership at the division.
