The Oyo state governor, engineer Seyi Makinde has expressed disatisfaction at the borders across the state and pledged to tighten security at the state boundaries so as to prevent illegal entry and exist.
Governor Makinde made his stand point known this Thursday shortly after he paid on the spot assessment visit to Bakatari border town between Ibadan Abeokuta Road and Dalley Town, Ibadan, Ijebu-Ode boundary.
He, however, noted that he will contact his counterparts in the neighboring states to take charge of their bus termini and also secure their borders firmly in order to break the chain of COVID-19.
