Chief Bode Akindele, a popular Ibadan business mogul, has reportedly died this morning.

Oyo Affairs gathered that Chief Akindele, the Parakoyi of Ibadan, passed on at his Marine road Apapa résidence this morning.

Recall that the Illustrious Ibadan businessman, Sir (Chief) Bode Akindele, was the top individual donor to Oyo State COVID-19 Endowment Fund in its first week of operation.

The businessman made the donation of N25 million at the close of last week and topped earlier donors: Barrister Akin Fagbemi(N10 million), the Chairman of Ilaji Hotels and Resort, Dr Dotun Sanusi (N5 million) and the Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta states, Alhaji Daud Akinola (N20 million).
