Governor Makinde Swears in Ex-Labour Leader as Permanent Secretary Local Government Staff Pension Board.

Governor Seyi Makinde, on Tuesday, 28th July, swore in the immediate past chairman of the Nigeria Labor Congress, NLC, Oyo State chapter, comrade Titilola Sodo as Permanent Secretary, Oyo State Local Government Staff Pension Board.

The ceremony took place at the Government House, Agodi, Ibadan and was attended by the executive council members of the state.

While swearing in the new Permanent Secretary, Governor Makinde asserted his administration was dedicated to the welfare of serving and retired workers.

The new Permanent Secretary, Comrade Titilola Sodo, assured retired workers in the state of a robust and timely welfare package.

Comrade Titilola Sodo was until his appointment as Permanent Secretary, the Head of Local Government Administration (HLGA) in Atiba local government, and the immediate past President of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) in the State.
