Ibadan-Born Communications Specialist, Abisoye Fagade Bags Tinubu’s Appointment as DG Hospitality And Tourism Agency

Nigeria President Bola Tinubu has on Wednesday approved the appointment of Dr. Abisoye Fagade as the Director-General of the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism.

Fagade’s appointment was announced alongside with other two individuals as directors-general of various government agencies.

Fagade is a specialist in marketing communications and is the founder and managing director of Sodium Brand Solutions. A consortium that produces marketing communications, media, consumer, hospitality, oil and gas. Founded the Abisoye Fagade Foundation to empower Nigerian youth, through mentorship and skills transfer

Abisoye Fagade was born in Ibadan, Nigeria on March 10, 1974.

He went to Queen of Apostle Primary School in Oluyoro, Ibadan, in 1985, and Lagelu Grammar School in Agugu, Ibadan. He began studying demography and social statistics at Obafemi Awolowo University in 1991, graduating in 1998.
