The group, consisting of former members of the Zenith Labour Party in Oyo State through their leader, Comrade Wole Abisoye, told newsnen after its meeting that Ladoja was no longer a card-carrying member of any political party but remain a fatherly figure to every politician in the state and nationwide.

“We are through this medium calling on the public to disregard the claim making round that our reverred High Chief, Otun Olubadan, Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, has directed his political family to join the Accord Party,” the statement read in part.
