Ladoja withdraws Lawsuit Against Olubadan-in-Council

High Chief Rasidi Ladoja, the Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, has withdrawn his lawsuit against members of the Olubadan-in-Council, a reliable source confirmed on Tuesday.

“Yes, he has withdrawn the case from court and has instructed his lawyers to do the same,” the source said.

You would recall that High Chief Ladoja had taken legal action against the Council members over the beaded crown worn before the passing of the late 42nd Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Lekan Balogun.

With the withdrawal of the suit, the path is now clear for the enthronement of Oba Owolabi Olakulehin as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadanland.
