Oyo State Governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, on Tuesday night, paid a condolence visit to the former First Lady of Oyo State, Mrs Florence Ajimobi, following the tragic passing of her first daughter, Mrs Abisola Kola-Daisi.
In an emotional message shared via his official Facebook page and obtained by Oyo Affairs on Wednesday afternoon, Governor Makinde expressed his profound sorrow over the loss and offered prayers for the repose of the deceased’s soul.
“Last night, we paid a condolence visit to Her Excellency, Mrs Florence Ajimobi, over the passing of her beloved first daughter, Mrs Abisola Kola-Daisi,” the Governor wrote.
“May her soul rest in peace, and may God continue to comfort all those she left behind to mourn her painful departure.”
You will recall that the Late Mrs Kola-Daisi, passed away in the United Kingdom following a brief illness on March 27, 2025 and buried on 17, April 2025
