Oyo State Governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, will be honoured with the prestigious Leadership Governor of the Year 2023 Award on Tuesday.
Having been chosen by the Leadership Newspaper for his outstanding leadership and commendable infrastructure development initiatives in Oyo State, Governor Makinde’s achievements have earned him this esteemed recognition.
During a recent meeting with the newspaper’s management, Governor Makinde was commended for the remarkable progress witnessed in Oyo State’s economic growth and various sectors under his administration.
Expressing gratitude for the recognition, Governor Makinde emphasized that the award would serve as motivation for his administration to continue its efforts in advancing the state. The award presentation is scheduled to take place at the Congress Hall, Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, at 10 a.m., where Governor Makinde will personally accept the accolade.
