The Caretaker Chairman of Surulere South LCDA, Hon. Moroof Gbadamosi has launched an economic stimulus package to help his constituents in Surulere South Local Council Development Area, cushion the effects of the Stay at the home directive, in the wake of COVID-19.
As socially-distant and covid19-compliant as possible, he distributed bags of rice, beans, semovita, salt, spaghetti, pepper, and tomato paste to the people of Surulere South LCDA, with the hope that the virus surrenders to the conjoined national and global efforts.
In his address, Hon. Gbadamosi said the development became necessary has it is his responsibility to join hands with the state government to lead the campaign against the ravaging coronavirus in the state.




He promised that his office will keep supporting the good people Surulere South LCDA with the necessary communication regarding the prevention and spread of the dreaded virus.
You will recall that the Oyo state governor, engineer Seyi Makinde, during a press briefing this weekend, hinted that palliatives will be given to 90 thousand poorest of the poor households and will also be extended to 30 thousand vulnerable in the state.
