Oyo Hospital Board Concludes Assessment for Recruitment Applicants, Set Cut-off Mark

The Oyo State Hospitals’Management Board has handed over the marking of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) test of recruitment applicants to external examiner’s from the Lead City University, Ibadan.

This development which is to ensure transparency and fairness in its process was necessary after conducting the Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) test for the applicants into the vacant positions.

The external examination team is headed by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic),Professor Olusohola Oladokun.

Recall that on the 22nd of August,2024 the management of OYSHMB conducted MCQ test for applicants to fill the vacancies position within the board.

The exercise was a huge success going by the number of applicants that wrote the examination.

The chairman of the board Dr Akin Fagbemi said to ensure merit-based selection, the board has set a cut-off mark of 60% and above for successful applicants and that only candidates who score 69% and above will be considered for the next stage of recruitment process.

Dr Fagbemi appreciated the lecturers of the Lead City University who are busy marking the papers for their support in making sure that the board recruits competent and qualified personnel into vacancies position to improve health care delivery to the good people of Oyo state.

He therefore promised that the cordial relationship that exist between the OYSHMB and the Lead City University will continue to wax stronger day by day.
