Oyo Lawmaker’s Sister Regains Freedom from Kidnappers



A sister to the lawmaker representing Egbeda state constituency, Jumoke Babalola-Oludele who was reported missing by the Oyo State Police Command few weeks ago has regained her freedom.

Babalola-Oludele who was abducted a few days to Christmas on Monday, 21st December, 2020 was kidnapped by three gunmen at Monatan area of Ibadan on her way back from her shop.

However, according to her brother, Hon. Babalola who confirmed her release this morning, the victim was freed without having to pay ransom.

Babalola said, “I want to inform you that she has been freed. She regained her freedom this morning around 6am.

“But, no ransom was paid”.
