Olatubosun who told newsmen that members of the State cultural Troupe, who are already settled in Lagos, had spent months preparing for the festival added that Oyo State will participate at NAFEST 2022 with the Theme: CULTURE AND PEACEFUL COEXISTENCE are, DANCE DRAMA (SENIOR CATEGORY).

Speaking on the DRAMA category, he said, “the story centres on a community that comprises of the three major ethnic groups and other minority groups where peace and love existed until the interference of a beast. The beast in the play represents vices like bad governance, corruption, disruption, embezzlement, kidnapping, tribalism, etc. Whenever the beast cries in the spirit realm, it bounces back on the once peaceful community and this throws into chaos and confuses the inhabitants of the community”.
