Poly Ibadan Management Suspends Campus Public Activities

The Management of the Polytechnic of Ibadan has suspended all public activities in the institution, apart from the ongoing second semester examinations, until further notice.

This information was contained in a press statement signed and shared by Mrs. Modupe Teresa Fawale, the Registrar and Council Secretary.

She also added that the suspension was so the Polytechnic authorities could properly monitor the security situation in and around the campus and curtail the spread of COVID-19.

The statement ended by making it clear to all Deans of Faculties, Directors, Heads of Departments, religious bodies, Students’ Union, students’ Representative Council, staff, and members of the public that they were all expected to abide by the directive which takes effect from Sunday, 27th of June, 2021.
