Prince Oluyemisi Adetayo Adeaga has been elected as the next President-General of the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes (CCII).
Adeaga who emerged winner after defeating his arch rival, Waheed Ekun in an intensely contested election polled a total of 58 votes out of the 93 votes cast while Waheed Ekun secured 35 votes. The new president-elect will be taking over from Prince Yemi Soladoye.
Prince Adeaga is a Chartered Accountant (CNA) and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria (ICPAN). He is also a board member of the Nigerian Red Cross.
Adeaga, a National Resource Mobilization and Management Adviser holds a BSC Degree in Business Administration and MBA (Marketing Option).
