Second Batch of Hon Mulikat Empowerment Programme Commences, to Teach Youths Snail Rearing and Fishery

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Oyo State and former Majority leader, Hon Mulikat Akande Adeola has commenced the Second Batch of her Empowerment Training Programme for 100 selected Youths in 13 Local Governments of Oyo North Senatorial District.

The second batch of the programme which had participants trained in the art of Snail rearing and Fishery, is sequel to the first phase of the programme which took place last week in which 50 Participants were trained on Goat and Sheep rearing.

Hon Adeola while commenting on the programme said the target and aim of the program is to prepare youths for self employment in order to conquer future financial challenges.

Participants expressed their joy and gratitude to the Sponsors saying they never believe until they landed in ogbomoso for such wonderful gestures.
