Yesterday makes it a year since a postgraduate student of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife, Timothy Adegoke was murdered.
The death of the Eruwa-born 37-year-old Abuja-based chartered accountant, had however attracted media attention, public uproar comments and lots of updates, seeking justice on the case that the death was not natural.
Recall that on the 5th of November, 2021, Timothy Adegoke lodged in Hilton Hotel, Moro, Ile Ife, a hotel owned by popular businessman and Educationist, Prince Rahmon Adedoyin with the sum of 37,000 naira, to observe his distance learning programme examination on the 6th and 7th day of November, 2021.
Adedoyin who after a police investigation had become a centre of attention and a prime suspect in the case, has faced many legal proceedings inviting him for a course sitting on the case.
