Traders in Sabo market in Oyo town, Oyo State have been recounting their losses as a late night inferno gutted most part of the market destroying goods and property worth millions of naira.
The fire, reportedly started around 10:00 pm and spread to most parts of the market.
According to eyewitnesses, by the time firefighters arrived at the scene much damage have occured.
Meanwhile, the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained at the time of filing this report.
