The University of Ibadan has on Monday commenced its Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for candidates seeking admission into the university, ahead of the 2022/2023 academic session.
According to DAILYPOST, no fewer than 8,050 candidates seeking admission into the sixteen faculties in the institution, are participating in the post-UTME process.
The computer-based examination which began at the university’s distance learning centre located in the Ajibode area of Ibadan, will last for two days.
In the meantime, the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Kayode Adebowale, who was part of the monitoring team, commended the organisers of the post-UTME for all their efforts.
Similarly, he has also commended the applicants for conducting themselves in an orderly manner.
