The Shooting Stars Sport Club (3SC) of Ibadan will today, Sunday, welcome arch-rival, Ikorodu City FC ìn the anticipated matchday 3 of the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL.
Recall that the Ibadan-based club played a 1-1 draw in Benin against old rival, Bendel Insurance in their second match and first away game of the season.
Ikorodu City was a thorn in 3SC’s flesh last season as the Lagos-based club secured 4 points in both legs against Oluyole Warriors.
All fingers crossed as the new 3SC faces Ikorodu City FC today at Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan by 4:00pm.
