Arapaja Accepts Makinde’s Nomination as Southwest PDP Chairman, Solicit Votes



A former Deputy-Governor of Oyo State, Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja has described his nomination by the Makinde’s camp as a call to duty.

The Former Nigeria Ambassador to Jordan and Iraq made this known in a release made available to newsmen on Thursday.

It would be recalled that the Governor Seyi Makinde’s camp of the Southwest PDP had earlier nominated Ambassador Arapaja for the Chairmanship position.

He also commended Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde following his nomination as the candidate of the party for the zonal Congress billed to hold on 6th March, 2021.

He noted with importance the first assignment before him and his team would be to bring unity, love, team spirit and productivity to the party while positioning it for the next Election so as to Coast to victory.

He hereby appealed to all and sundry for their votes, support and prayer in order to move the party to the greater height.
