Baale of Araromi Idowu Community, Baale Tafa Apanpa who was kidnapped by unknown gunmen suspected to be Fulani herdsmen, has been released by his abductors today.
It would be recalled that Chief Apanpa and his wife were been kidnapped by unknown gunmen in the early hours of Tuesday at his Araromi residence.
The Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon Sheriff Adeojo, had promised to fast track the release of the duo, noting that he had opened discussions with all relevant security agencies in the state.
The baale was released alongside his wife and their release was confirmed by the Chairman of the Ido Local Government.
