The Oyo State Police Command has re-arrested the prime suspect of the series of ritual killings at the Akinyele Local government Area of Oyo State.
Mr Olugbenga Fadeyi, the Police Public Relations Officer in the State, confirmed this on Sunday.
The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, had reinforced investigative aids in Oyo State, including crack detectives to pursue the fleeing serial killer.
Sunday Shodipe, who is the prime suspect in the multiple killing of innocent citizens at Akinyele Local Government Area, Moniya, Ibadan, Oyo State, had escaped from police custody in suspicious circumstances.
