Former Oyo House of Assembly Member, Agbaje Dumps APC for PDP

The lawmaker who represented Ibadan North constituency 1 between 2015 and 2019, Bolanle Agbaje has resigned her membership of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

In a letter sighted by newsmen, Agbaje said that APC, since 2015 when she used it to contest and won, has consistently moved away from its founding ideals, tenets of democracy and sound ethical principles for the benefit of few to the detriment of the collective.

Recall that Agbaje lost the 2019 house of representatives ticket of the APC in Ibadan North federal constituency.

A chat with her personal assistant, Habeeb Amubikaun confirmed the development but he said he doesn’t know which party his former boss would pitch tent with.

However, further investigations revealed that the female politician would be joining Joseph Tegbe, like Fatai Akinsanmi, Jide Adewale and others, in the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
