Saheed Osupa Gifts N1M to Onion Seller

Ibadan native Fuji music maestro, Saheed Osupa has gifted one million naira to an onion seller in Ibadan who expresses genuine love for his music.

A female onion seller identified as Asake had described herself as a die-hard fan of Saheed Osupa fuji music.

The die-hard fan who sells onions at Idi Ayunre in Ibadan Oyo State, said that if she eventually becomes rich in life she can spend all her money on Saheed Osupa.

She went on by praying vigorously for Saheed Osupa by wishing him a long life in good wealth and also sings some of the fuji singer’s songs in an effortless manner.

Speaking in Yoruba, the onion seller said; “If I am wealthy, I will spend my money for Saheed Osupa, may God spare my life and Saheed Osupa life, May Saheed live in good health, but I am not wealthy yet, i am sorry.”

However, in a video shared via his verified Instagram page today, September 9th 2024, Saheed Osupa said that he was captured by the way the onion seller expressed her utmost love for his music.

As he stormed the market, the onion seller went on bended knees to greet Saheed Osupa and later he responded by giving her the sum of N1M and the whole environment resulted into hullabaloo.

Sharing the video, Saheed Osupa wrote; “Some days ago, a woman identified as “Asake Alalubosa” caught my attention with her expression of genuine love for me and my music, without any doubt, you can tell that she’s a die-hard Osupa fan.

Watching her funny and emotional interview gave me goosebumps, I, especially, felt so moved with her statement, “mo je Saheed Osupa Lowo. Emi Kinni Buruku ma naa Owo fun Saheed Osupa ti ba ni Owo”, in English, “I owe Saheed Osupa, and will definitely spray him when God blesses me enough.”

I found her worthy of my attention and appearance. So, I walked in to her shop at Oje Market in Ibadan, Oyo state, to surprise and bless her with a token. I pray Almighty God bless the little seed, and make it a new beginning for her.

Asake is just one out of the millions of fans that are very optimistic of what the future holds for them, and are ready to spend their last kobo in appreciation of my artistic delivery and musical dexterity. TO GOD IS ALL THE GLORY.
