Governor Makinde Inaugurates 68 Caretaker Chairpersons For LGAs, LCDAs


The Oyo state governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has on Monday, inaugurated 68 caretaker chairpersons in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital.
This was made known in a tweet on his official twitter handle.


It read “We inaugurated the Local Government & Local Community Development Areas Caretaker Chairpersons, this morning.


“They will be the link between the State Govt & the People. We know that the closer govt is to the people, the more impactful & meaningful its activities will be to them.”

Makinde also enjoyed them to contribute their meaningful quota to the development of the state.


He said “I enjoined all sixty-eight Caretaker Chairpersons to contribute their meaningful quota to ensure that we move Oyo State forwards, as they play their role along with the State Government to implement our Roadmap to Accelerated Development of Oyo State 2019-2023.”
