Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State on Friday, presented the staff of office to ten out of eleven Ibadan High Chiefs that were just been elevated to Obaship status by Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr) Senator Mohood Olalekan Balogun.
