LAUTECH Announces Resumption of Academic Activities at Iseyin Campus

The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, has declared the official commencement of academic activities at its Iseyin Campus. This announcement was made by the University’s Registrar, Dr. Kayode Ogunleye, in a press release dated October 20, 2023.

According to the release, 200-Level students in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Renewable Natural Resources are expected to resume lectures at the Iseyin Campus on Monday, October 23, 2023.

It was disclosed that the affected students, who number slightly above one thousand, had been informed in advance about the resumption. This ensures that they are adequately prepared for the transition to the Iseyin Campus.

To assess the level of readiness of facilities at the new campus, Acting Vice-Chancellor Professor Razaq Olatunde Rom Kalilu, along with Council members, principal officers, members of Senate, and other officials, conducted an inspection visit. The trip also included members of the Committee of Provosts and Deans, as well as representatives of the student body.
