Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso has been granted full accreditation to five undergraduate programmes by the National Universities Commission, NUC; which will last for a period of five years.
The commission in a letter dated April 14, 2022 and signed on behalf of its executive secretary by the organisation’s Director of Accreditation, Dr. Maryam Sali, listed the programmes to include — Fine and Applied Arts, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pure and Applied Physics as well as Statistics.
In the meantime, the letter explained that the accreditation granted to the programmes (which are not new), is consequent upon the accreditation exercise carried out in LAUTECH between October and November 2021.
