Legendary Nollywood Actor, Charles Oluomo Agbako Critically Sick, Cries Out for Help

98-year legendary actor, Charles Olumo Agbako has cried out to Nigerians for help, explaining that he is in a lot of pain with a sickness which started years ago.

Speaking with a popular online newspaper, BBC Yoruba recently, the veteran actor said, “I noticed I could not defecate with ease. This made my son take me to the hospital and the doctor said I will have to undergo surgery”.

He added that the surgery was done successfully but after some period of time he began to feel so much pain on the spot where he was operated on.

“When I went back to complain they prescribed some drugs to use and reduce the pain and heal the wound.

“So fast forward to this year, I discover I find it difficult to defecate again, then I rush to the hospital but it’s so sad I was told the sickness is bad and worst because the first surgery was not properly done”.

Agbako lamented spending a lot on medications since then, to abate the pain.

He has, therefore, appealed to well-meaning Nigerians to rise to his aid and help him out of his sickly state.

Recall that, the veteran actor had in June 2013, entered a state of coma at the General Hospital in Ikeja, Lagos.

The actor is said to be suffering from age-related illness, according to family sources.
