The Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission (OYSIEC) Chairman, Aare Abiola Olagunju, has revealed why the All Progressives Congress (APC) logo was included in the ballot papers used today.
The Chairman made an appearance on Fresh 105.9 FM and said that the contract for printing the ballot papers had already gone out before the APC decided to boycott the election.
He added that having received assurances from the APC and 17 other parties, the OYSIEC had already gone ahead with the preparations.
