NNL: Shootings Stars of Ibadan Continue Unbeaten Streak With 3-0 win Over Dynamite Force

Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan (3SC) again proved their dominance in the Group B1 with another scintillating win over Dynamite force, Iyhamo in the match day 6 of the Nigerian National League which was played at the Dipo Dina stadium, Ijebu-Ode on Sunday Evening.

The Oluyole warriors had a good start into the game with a larger ball possession in the first 20 minutes of the game.

The first chance of the game came in the 26th minute as Shooting star skillful man, Fatai Gbadamosi fired a sleek shot from a free kick which slightly went off target. All efforts by the Oluyole warriors to place a goal at the back of the visitors proved abortive as shots from Lanre Ferinyaro was parried into the corner by the visiting goalkeeper.

The match took a rather surprising turn when Dynamite General manger asked his boys to vacate the field in response to a penalty kick awarded to the home team. This unpleasant turn of events was quickly attended to and the match commenced almost immediately with 3SC goal matching, Gafar Olafimihan converting the spot kick at the 48th minute just before the half time whistle blows.

The second goal came much later into the tail end of the second half when Taiwo Muritala capitalized on a defensive error by the one Dynamite defender to make the score line 2 goals to nil.

Just before full time, the goal poaching 3SC striker; Malomo Ayodeji made it three for the host with a well-placed finish.
