Oyo ADC Deputy Governorship Candidate, Oyewole, Dumps ADC for PDP

A front-line member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and Deputy governorship candidate of the party for the 2023 election, Evangelist Emmanuel Oyetayo Oyewole, has joined the ruling party, People’s Democratic Party PDP, in the state.

Oyewole disclosed this during a press conference in Ibadan while officially declaring his membership of the PDP in the state.

He stated that the greater level of accelerated development and people-oriented leadership, which Governor Makinde has provided in Oyo State since 2019, endeared him to the ruling party.

He added that going by the good governance and masterful administration of Oyo State under the incumbent governor, the 2023 Governorship Election in the State should have only one clear contender, which is governor Makinde, saying that “one good term deserves another.”
