The Oyo state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has inaugurated three ad hoc committees made up of party faithful across all fragments in order to realize all the set goals in the ongoing membership registration and revalidation exercise.
The inauguration of the 3 Committees which are the finance and budgetary planning committee, the technical and strategic planning committee and the media and publicity committee took place at the Party’s new State Secretariat on Tuesday and was witnessed by a 7-man Monitoring Committee from Abuja.
The state caretaker chairman, Chief Akin Oke, stated that setting up the Committees became imperative in view of the enormity of the task of capturing all targeted people across the state within the period earmarked for the registration and revalidation process.
In the Finance and budgetary planning committee are Hon. Segun Dokun Odebunmi serving as the Chairman, Barr. ‘Lowo Obisesan as the Secretary while other members are Alh. Fatai Ibikunle, Prof. Adeolu Akande, Mr. Zacch Adelabu Adedeji, Hon. Bimbo Kolade, Hon. Tolulope Akande-Shadipe and Hon. Wumi Oladej
Meanwhile, the Technical and strategic planning committee has its chairman as Sen. Olufemi Lanlehin, Secretary as Hon. Mojeed Olaoya, and other members include Hon. Asimiyu ‘Niran Alarape, Hon. Abiodun Adigun-Hammed, Hon. Femi Yusuff, Hon. Felix Ige, Alh. Hammed Ayinla, Hon. Wasiu Dauda (Azuzu), Hon. Lanre Olaoseegba, Hon. Isiaka Salawu-Areokuta along with Hon. Akeem Olatunji.
There are 12 persons in the Media and publicity committee with the chairman as Alh. Kehinde Olaosebikan, secretary as Olawale Sadare, and other members include Hon. Gaphar Ojetola, Mr. Bolaji Tunji, Hon. Ademola Solalu, Hon. Jelili Agboola, Mr. Kunle Olatunji, Hon. Taiwo Okunlola, Dr. Olatunde AbdulAzeez, Hon. John Fatona, Hon. Fatai Azeez Adesokan and Mr. Babajide Fadoju.
