The student populace of Oyo State on Wednesday, pulled weight behind the Executive Governor of Oyo State, ‘Seyi Makinde, for his second-term ambition.

The students who embarked on the march maintained that the student community is strongly behind the candidature of the government for his second-term bid.

The Chairman, National Association of Nigerian Students, Oyo State Chapter, Comr. Adeleke Quadri popularly known as Asiwaju while speaking at the demonstration described Governor ‘Seyi Makinde as the “student caring governor”, who has shown love to the student community.

“We are here to appreciate the government. Governor ‘Seyi Makinde has done well, the only way we can appreciate him is by declaring our support for his second-term ambition”, he stated.
