OYOSUBEB Releases CBT Results
The Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board, OYOSUBEB, has officially released results, of its just concluded computer-based tests.
This was disclosed by the Executive Chairman of the Board, Dr. Nureni Aderemi Adeniran, which was made available to the journalists on Wednesday in Ibadan.
In the statement Dr. Adeniran said the Board has set minimum cut-off marks for qualification to the next stage in the recruitment exercise.

Dr. Adeniran said the cut-off mark in the exercise, is 50%.
The cut off mark, according to him will set the tone for the recruitment process.
He further advised all candidates to log into their portal, as their results have been posted there already.
Dr. Adeniran reiterated the Board’s commitment to enhancing educational infrastructure and services in the State.

It is over 100. Whatever you get from the exam is over 100. 100 is the total mark

Please the question is; if 25 is the 50percent of 50 questions we answered. We did not answer 100question. We need clarification on this. And also if a question is 2marks. Thanks
If the question is 50 in total, simply means each question is 2marks. You only need to answer 25 of the 50 questions correctly to get 50% cut off mark
The result gotten from the portal is over what?50 or 100
The total mark is 100. So if you have scored 50, you are fine
But we answered 50 questions not 100?

We can only hope that most applicants didn’t score above 50, this may lead to SUBEB considering other applicants close to 50
My CBT results is 32,what does that mean

Whatever score you have now, it has already been multiplied by 2. If you have 50 now, it means you scored 25 and it has already been multiplied by 2.

Sir, the score can’t be over 100 because am so sure of myself, I can never scored below 50 if the score is over 100
Oyo State Subeb and Tescom is the best in Nigeria in terms of recruitment. There’s objectivity in their doings.

I don’t get it. If u say each question is 2mrk, and I got 36, does that mean I was able to answer 18 question of 50 correctly???? ❓ ko possible. I can say for sure I got most questions correctly aside from mathematics that I didn’t have time to solve. Excuse me, this is not fair. Why grading it over 100 when we answer just 50 question? Abeg it’s their ways to confuse us

If one question is 2 marks, then an answer supposed to be 2 marks as well. I scored 48 and if a question happens to be 2 marks that means my scores is 96. We answered 50 questions and we are told it’s 50percent. Help us make findings as regards this
Simply means you scored 24/50. Now multiply 24 x 2, that gives you 48/100
