Popular Ogbomoso OAP Assassinated by Unknown Gunmen in Ibadan

Former Naija FM presenter, Mr Titus Badejo aka “Eja Nla” was killed by unknown gunmen in Ibadan yesterday.



According to sources, he was killed around 11:30 pm outside Club 407, Oluyole as he and his friends were leaving the club premises. On their way out, they were accosted by two masked men driving by on a motorcycle who suddenly stopped and ordered them all to lie on the floor at gunpoint.




After complying, the gunmen repeatedly shot at “Eja Nla” and made sure he was dead before leaving the scene of the murder without stealing anything.



A week before his murder, Eja Nla had celebrated his 40th birthday in the company of other Ogbomosho indigenes living in Ibadan at a birthday bash tagged ‘Made in Ogbomosho’.



After the murder of the popular OAP was reported to the authorities, the Oluyole Division were sent to the scene of the crime to gather the necessary information to help them solve the case and bring his murderers to justice before his body was moved to the Adeoyo Hospital mortuary.
