Residents of Ayete-Igangan-Ago Tapa have commended the Oyo State Governor, ‘Seyi Makinde for the transformation of the road in the community from a deplorable state to an enviable one.

The motorists and commuters noted that the governor has fulfilled his promises of transforming the linking communities and making the road more motorable for the people.

Speaking with journalists in Igangan, Ibarapa North Local Government, Alhaji Ayoade Akinyemi who is a community leader, described Makinde as an honest man adding that their prayers have been answered.

According to him, “The words on the lips of everyone in Ibarapa North as at today is that the governor is a meticulous person and a man that keeps to his promise.

“We thank the governor for the quality job the contractor handling the road project did. We will reciprocate the governor’s gesture in 2023 by voting for the continuity of his lasting legacies”, he added.
