Taye Currency Takes Campaign to Grassroots, Urges Oyo Residents to Vote Makinde for Second Term

Popular Ibadan-based Fuji musician, Alh. Taye Akande Adebisi popularly known as Taiye Currency has on Thursday stormed the grassroot areas in Ibadan to campaign for the re-election of Oyo state Governor, ‘Seyi Makinde in the forthcoming gubernatorial election scheduled for the 11th of March.

Taiye Currency, who was spotted on a Facebook live video, was seen singing along with fans in the grassroot areas of Ibadan where he appealed to the residents to elect the governor for the second term so as to continue the development agenda he has embarked on in the state.

Recall that Taye Currency’s son, Hon Yusuff Oladeni Adebisi is also contesting for a second term bid as Honourable representing Ibadan South West Constituency 1 in the Oyo State House of Assembly.

Taiye Currency is known to be a loyalist of the ‘Seyi Makinde led–government and hope and expectations are high that canvassing his fans will take the governor to the lead as the date of the election approaches.
