In a bid to enforce discipline and restore sanity in the police force, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Prince Oluwamuyiwa Adejobi has testified against some policemen, who extorted some innocent citizens in Ibadan metropolis.
The erring officers were said to have perpetrated the act around Oluyole area of Ibadan on 8th May, 2022.
After stating his testimony at the Oyo State Command Headquarters, Eleyele, the PPRO who was intentional about attending the officers’ orderly room trial in Ibadan said: “The NPF must be better, provided we all see it as a responsibility and act accordingly.
“We need to sacrifice whatever we can to bring sanity to our system.
“Thanks to the CP Oyo, CP Williams, for his understanding and support, we are on the same page on this fight against indiscipline, unprofessionalism and corruption”, he added.
