We hereby use this medium to appeal and apologise to His EXCELLENCY ENGR. SEYI MAKINDE on behalf of the company ENL CONSORTIUM LIMITED for whatever it is that has caused us not to ever meet with your MERCIFUL AND FAVOURABLE PERSON.

We are pleading on behalf of this management not ONLY because of what the company has at stake but also for the sake of the staffs (who are mostly oyo state indigene) employed by this able organisation – who all stand the risk of loosing their source of livelihood if IBADAN CIRCULAR ROAD PROJECT is terminated.

HIS EXCELLENCY SIR, PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF GOD, ACCEPT OUR APOLOGY AND SHOW US YOUR FAVOURABLE AND MERCIFUL SIDE.

    Thanks.

    Your humble servant.
