The wife of the Former Governor of Oyo State Senator Abiola Ajimobi has lost her mother, Mrs. Victoria Amuduoaghan to the cold hands of death.
This was contained in a report confirmed by the special adviser on communications to Former Governor Ajimobi, Mr Bolaji Tunji who said that the Mrs Florence Ajimobi’s mother died on Saturday 11th September 2021.
In his words “Yes, it is true. It is true that she is dead “.
Sending his condolences to the family of the late Governor of Oyo state, the chairman Senate commitee on local contents and lawmaker representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Senator Teslim Folarin urged the wife of the former governor to be consoled in the fact that her mother lived a fulfilled life.
He stated this in a condolence message signed by him, as he said ” I commiserate with Her Excellency Chief (Dr) Florence Ajimobi and other members of the Amuduoaghan family over the passing of their mother “.
As at the time of this report, the cause of the death of the Delta State born Catholic Matriarch was yet to be disclosed by the family as plans for her interment will be communicated to the general public in due time.
