Kidnappers Demand N50m Ransom for Anglican Bishop, Wife and Driver Kidnapped on Oyo-Ogbomoso Expressway

The kidnappers who abducted the Bishop of Anglican Diocese, Jebba, Kwara State, Rt. Rev. Aderogba, alongside his wife and driver have reportedly demanded a ransom of N50 million to secure their release.

Recall that the Bishop and others were reportedly kidnapped while travelling on Sunday on Oyo/Ogbomoso expressway.

According to sources, the abductees were travelling to Yewa in Ogun State when they were abducted by bandits.

Meanwhile, the Oyo State Police Command has confirmed the kidnap of the Bishop and stated that investigation is ongoing to secure their release and apprehend the kidnappers.
