Oyo State Governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, has given his approval for hazard allowance for personnel of the Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA).

The Governor announced that the approval will take effect from 1 August 2024. He made this statement at the NYSC Orientation Camp in Iseyin on Monday, 29 July, during the passing-out parade of the newly recruited 500 OYRTMA personnel.

According to Governor Makinde, the approval recognises the agency’s achievements in road management across the state. He stated that the allowance would serve as a morale booster, encouraging greater effectiveness and efficiency in their work.
