The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the South-West geopolitical zone of the country, is scheduled to hold a meeting between the Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde and former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, in Ibadan on Thursday.

Though the main objective of the said meeting is currently not known, it is believed that the meeting is in a bid to reconcile the warring parties.

According to sources, the meeting will hold at the Oyo State Government House, with PDP leaders on the side of Fayose as well as those with Governor Makinde in attendance.

Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike is also slated also be in attendance.
